Driver
Basic Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal driving age per state regulations)
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) (Class A or B) preferred, but some companies may accept a standard driver's license
- Clean driving record (no major violations)
- Ability to pass a DOT physical exam and drug screening
Skills & Experience
- Experience driving large vehicles or trailers (box trucks, utility trailers, or restroom trailers preferred)
- Ability to safely tow, park, and maneuver trailers in various locations (event venues, job sites, etc.)
- Basic plumbing knowledge for setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of restroom trailer systems
- liarity with pumps, generators, and water supply systems (preferred but not always required)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks such as hosing, cleaning, and restocking supplies
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on event or job site needs
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Customer service skills – must be professional and courteous when interacting with clients
- Ability to work independently and follow route schedules
- Experience in the sanitation, event services, or construction industries is a plus
Dispatcher
Basic Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (some companies may prefer an associate degree in logistics, business, or a related field)
- 1+ years of experience in dispatching, logistics, or customer service (experience in the sanitation, waste management, or transportation industry is a plus)
- Proficient in scheduling software, GPS tracking, and route planning tools (e.g., ServiceTitan, Fleet Complete, or similar)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Skills & Experience
- Ability to coordinate drivers and service technicians efficiently to meet customer needs
- Experience handling high-volume calls and service requests
- Strong knowledge of local routes, traffic patterns, and delivery zones
- Ability to prioritize urgent service requests and problem-solve under pressure
- Basic understanding of portable sanitation equipment (preferred but not required)
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Ability to work weekends or on-call shifts, depending on business needs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping
